DOT Drug Screening

DOT (Department of Transportation) urine testing is a federally mandated drug test required for safety-sensitive employees in transportation industries, such as trucking, aviation, and public transit. It follows strict guidelines set by the DOT and is regulated by the 49 CFR Part 40. The test screens for substances like marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, and PCP. A certified laboratory analyzes the sample, and a Medical Review Officer (MRO) reviews the results. DOT urine testing is conducted for pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing. session will need to be discussed with the hosts.
